The Reds & The White - Gala dinner at Four Seasons Hotel in Florence



Since 2008 the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze has hosted a special event for celebrating the arrival of autumn, The Reds & The White, pairing Tuscan red wines with the white truffle of San Miniato.

This year's theme, developed by the Hotel’s Executive Chef Vito Mollica, is "France in Tuscany". 

On Saturday, November 29, starting from 7.30 pm, Cupano wines will be poured alongside with bottles from other Tuscan wineries having French chief winemakers, Caiarossa with Dominique Genot and Tolaini with Michel Rolland.
